2. Estimates and Pricing

- A deposit may be required before scheduling work.
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment as agreed may result in additional charges or collection action.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
We schedule projects based on weather and crew availability.
If we must reschedule due to rain or unsuitable conditions, we will notify you promptly.
Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after that period may be subject to a service fee.
4. Warranties and Limitations
Pyke Precision provides work performed with care and precision. However:
- Sealcoating is a maintenance service, not a structural repair.
- We do not guarantee protection against cracks, base movement, or damage caused by heavy vehicles or chemical spills.
- Normal wear and surface variation over time are expected.
No verbal or written statement shall extend beyond the limited warranties explicitly provided in your written service agreement.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful completion:
- The driveway must be clear of vehicles, debris, and obstacles before our crew arrives.
- Pets and people should stay off the treated surface for at least 24–48 hours after completion.
- Customers must provide access to water and electricity if needed for equipment operation.
Pyke Precision is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible properties or failure to follow post-service instructions.

You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully. You may not:
